RICHMOND, VA – Congressman Eric Cantor (VA-07) today issued the following statement regarding the upcoming expansion of Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. located at the Virginia BioTechnology Research Park, which will create 653 new jobs:

"Health Diagnostic Laboratory (HDL) improves and saves lives by preventing heart disease through personalized patient care and advanced laboratory testing. HDL is a great example of the type of ingenuity, hard work, and risk-taking that’s required to become a successful small business in the Commonwealth and in America. They took a risk to implement a vision, and are now running a high-growth business and creating quality jobs right here in Richmond.
